Caleb Custom Homes spent much of the nineties building homes in North Central San Antonio.
In the year 2000, they expanded into commercial construction and development.
After building their personal coast house in Port Aransas, Texas, the vision for an affordable, gated, waterfront community with boat slips appeared. Today, La Joya de Island Moorings is the only waterfront, gated development to offer a boat slip with every lot and a community open-air cabana with a beach-entry pool.
